Trinity Meat Company is a meat processing plant in Hartwick NY. The company began as Larry’s Custom Meats, and under new ownership, renamed the business Trinity Meat Company. The Company is a USDA certified plant processing beef, hogs and lamb. We have a USDA Inspector on site daily.

Trinity is the retail and “processing” sides of a larger company that includes a grass fed/finished cattle operation, known as Little Lakes Ranch www.littlelakesranchcattle.com.
